Longtime log home manufacturer
Northeastern Log Homes (Kenduskeag, ME) has launched a new sales representative and associate programs. “We developed these programs to allow us to expand throughout the Northeast, mid-West and mid-Atlantic regions, beyond the factory-direct sales at our three primary locations," says Dana Delano, director of dealer development. "These programs are designed specifically for anyone looking to grow their own business, which in this economy, is a pretty large group of people. Our new opportunities are ideally suited for anyone who either owns an existing Northeastern log home, and would like to take advantage of it as a sales resource; or for an individual or organization that may want to offer a line of homes to support their current business, such as contractors and real estate professionals – an excellent way to get started in the industry,” says Delano.
“With thousands of Northeastern log homes sold over the past 30 years, this is an exciting opportunity for a log home and/or sales enthusiast to earn extra income and become more actively involved in the log home industry,” Delano says.
The program can earn Sales Representatives up to 15% commission, and Sales Associates 10% commission. “We view this as a partnership, so these programs are structured to facilitate growth and success," Delano says. "Northeastern will provide a full program of support and training. We feel strongly that these programs are among the most competitive in the log home industry, and we encourage anyone who thinks this opportunity may be right for them to contact us.”
Founded in Groton, Vermont, Northeastern Log Homes is a well known New England family company that has been designing and manufacturing custom log homes since 1972. With over three decades of experience, the company has evolved its technology to include numerous innovations, resulting in one of the most weather-tight, energy efficient and superior quality log home packages available within the log home industry, Delano says.
“All of our home packages are manufactured at our 60-acre production facility in Kenduskeag,” says Jonathan French, owner of Northeastern Log Homes and its sister company,
Classic Post & Beam. “We also maintain full-time, company-staffed model homes in Groton, VT, Westfield, MA and of course, at our manufacturing facility here in Maine.” In fact, Northeastern’s sister company Classic Post & Beam is also offering a similar sales program, for those who either have an existing Classic Post & Beam home, or those looking to get into the post and beam industry.
Northeastern prides itself on being a charter member of the Log Homes Council of the National Association of Home Builders, with many of their staff members having served on its Board of Directors over the years.
