Phoenix Building Solutions will deliver and set two homes for
The Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington. The homes will go up at 518 and 520 Thomas Street in the
Seneca Place development Covington, Kentucky between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. A short presentation will be made at 10 a.m.
Phoenix Building Solutions, the Center for Great Neighborhoods, The City of Covington, Huff Realty, and Superior Walls are all excited to announce one of the homes, the 3-story row house at 520 Thomas Street, will be applying to be the first L.E.E.D. GOLD-certified home in Kentucky.
The Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington, with support from The City of Covington, continues to bring cutting edge housing development to Northern Kentucky.
Phoenix Building Solutions using the newest technology in building science has designed and constructed two homes for the Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington that should achieve a 64 H.E.R.S. Index earning s 5-STAR+ ratings from Energy Star. Both homes will have steel-reinforced, insulated precast concrete panelized foundations from Superior Walls.
The Center for Great Neighborhoods and Huff Realty are proud to announce these two new homes, both of which are sold, demonstrate that "Green" construction is not only good for the environment, but can also be affordable for home buyers.
