If the goal is "just" credibility, a detailed quote would be a good start indeed. Assuming the plans are approved and signed of course. But as far as accuracy goes, it would be foolish for the owner to even expect an exact cost produced…

the building industry will never be the same....we have to be so much more considerate of every aspect of construction as it impacts, carbon footprints, materials uses, energy consumption at time of construction and to livin, site impact, aesthetics, life staging, etc....for me this starts with good design solutions, material specifications and meathod of construction.

my question to you is what do you think is the future of housing? how will our USA demographic reinvent housing? what are the needs housing of the future must address??
