You have a very good instinct and I owe you apology for such a delayed reaction.
i. Skelet has been used in both large scale industrial buildings and small family houses as well not unlike what you have in mind for Brazil
ii. With a good team of technicians - welders in particular you have the structure in less than month, not counting the foundation digging - which is the case of a small house is a matter of two days for a earth mover.
iii. wall structures create the perfect complement of Skelet and the patent is calle courtain walls - they are fitted into the framework of the skelet construction.
iv. Of course bricks and mortar may be used to build walls. The slabs however must always be used to form ceiling.
Warm regards to Brazil and wishes of good luck with your project - so necessary for so many people who live without shelter.
It would be my privilege if you decided to give Skelet a go.
