Details: Structural Insulated Panels Zack LeRoy, VP of Panel Pros, Keene, NH, joins the Building System Committee to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Structural Insulated Panels in residential and commercial construction practices. He will focus on costs and benefits, factory technologies, Fire Performance, Mechanical Ventilation, R-Values, and Formaldehyde.
This group of architects, contractors, engineers, and others in the industry focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of concrete, log, modular, SIPS, panelized and other building systems in residential and commercial construction practices. We focus on costs and benefits, factory technologies, safety, architectural and engineering design, CAD, codes and related issues. I can see it being use if the price stays at none, but bets are off if anyone must pay.
